Technical Field Support

Dresser-Rand has been a leader in technical field support for more than 100 years, handling everything from new installations to overhauls. With a team of more than 70 specialists located throughout the world, our technical field support team is able to provide fast, dependable service whenever and wherever you need it most.

We'll do the installation and start-up

To ensure complete compliance with your warranty along with maximum machine life and efficiency, superior installation and start-up is a must. Whether working with our Field Service crew or, when needed, an independent contractor, our technical field support team is a comfortable fit.

We'll do overhauls

Our technical field support team takes the guesswork out of your OEM nameplate overhauls. Years of experience with thousands of overhauls provide you with the security of knowing your equipment is repaired properly.

We have a Technical Advisory Program

One of the technical support team's most valued assets is our Technical Advisory Program. With an array of programs and diagnostic abilities, we can help clients maintain machine optimization from start-up through the life of the equipment.

We do thorough failure analysis

Many times when equipment fails, the effect - rather than the actual cause - is repaired. Our technical field support team will get to the root of the problem and fix it right - the first time.
